Solentim - Betters cell line development workflows

We are pleased to announce that the Solentim portfolio of Advanced Instruments has been added to our portfolio.

Solentim offers innovative solutions to quicken cell line development(CLD) processes from first finding to the production of new biotherapies. This range of instruments enables single-cell cloning, clonal outgrowth, and characterization of cells for the development of monoclonal antibodies and cell/ gene therapies. Along the CLD process, key data for credible Investigational New Drug (IND) submission is collected.

VIPS® Pro is a seeder system, offering high efficiency, high viability single cell seeding. Combining low-pressure single cell seeding with whole-well imaging, cell line development workflows become simplified with credible data for IND submission being obtained.

Cell Metric® X is a stand-alone clone Imager. Given its high contrast whole well imaging, this instrument identifies single-cell clones on day 0 with artificial intelligence-based Automated Evidence of Clonality (AEC). It generates a clonality report that defines best practice for master cell bank production.

ICON™ is an all-in-one cell viability analyzer. It performs titer and cell viability assays. When integrated with STUDIUS data management system, it generates a complete analysis of cell line development process, including titer, viability and productivity data.
