The NEPA21 super electroporator achieves high transfection efficiency and viability for difficult-to-transfect cells such as primary cells, stem cells, blood cells etc. While most transfection procedures in the market require specialized and often costly consumables/reagents, all that is required by the NEPA21 electroporator is the electrodes.

With the novel 4-step multiple electroporation pulses, NEPA21 creates low voltages to deliver perfect square waves with no cell degradation. With the ability to measure impedance measurement between electrodes, optimization of voltage setting before executing the pulsing is possible, ensuring good reproducibility.

A wide range of optional adaptors and electrodes makes NEPA 21 versatile, making be it in vivo, in vitro, ex vivo or in ovo transfection possible in one instrument.
